Important Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Perfume Samples or any opened fragrance products. All other items must be returned in their original, unopened condition with all packaging intact.
Our Return Policy
- Timeframe: You may return eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: Please include your order confirmation or receipt.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for return.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) with the original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs to send your replacement item.
Refund Process
- Timing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Exchange Process
To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:
- Follow the same return process outlined above.
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify your preferred replacement item.
- We’ll ship your new item once we’ve processed your return.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Perfume Samples (all sizes)
- Any opened fragrance products
- Gift Sets that have been opened or partially used
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged item or incorrect product:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged/incorrect item.
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
