Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days delivery after shipment
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – 15-25 business days delivery after shipment
Please note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Narciso Rodriguez fragrance as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with the subject line “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, item(s) to return, reason for return, and for exchanges, specify your preferred replacement.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) with all original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation.

Refund Process
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Exchange Process
To exchange an item for a different size or product:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify your preferred replacement item
- We’ll ship your new item once we’ve processed your return
For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs to send your replacement item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- All Perfume Samples (regardless of size)
- Any opened fragrance products
- Gift Sets that have been opened or partially used
All other items must be returned in their original, unopened condition with all packaging intact.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged item or incorrect product:

- Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
